A weekly session allows the greatest level of depth for psychological strategies to be developed collaboratively, bespoke to the needs of the client. These sessions are likely to include a range of research backed techniques to support clients to become the best versions of themselves.
Sessions typically last 40 – 50 minutes and can be flexibly arranged to suit your schedule.
